Building on Workshop 1, this session dives deeper into integrating AI into content-first design. Participants will explore how to align AI workflows with user needs and business goals, conduct AI-powered content audits, and create content maps to tell compelling stories. This workshop emphasizes ethical considerations and practical applications to help participants design meaningful, user-centered experiences.

  • Introduction (15 minutes):
    • Welcome and objectives for the session.
    • Overview of strategic content-first design and AI’s role.
  •  AI-Powered Content Audits (45 minutes):
    • Demonstration: Using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard) to analyze a website or document.
    • Hands-On: Conducting a mini content audit to identify gaps and opportunities.
  •  Conversation Mapping with AI (60 minutes):
    • Practice using AI to draft user conversations based on a real-world example.
    • Group Discussion: Refining tone, language, and goals with AI tools.
  •  Ethical AI in Action (30 minutes):
    • Small Group Exercise: Identifying biases in AI outputs and brainstorming ways to address them.
    • Create a short ethical AI framework specific to your team or project.
  • Wrap-Up and Sharing (30 minutes):
    • Present and discuss conversation maps and ethical frameworks.
