Our refund and cancellation policy applies to all workshops, services, and digital offerings purchased through Content-first Design. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our practices.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds for workshops or services are only available under the following conditions:
• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled workshop or service are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to the scheduled workshop or service are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop or service are not eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds for digital or downloadable materials are only available if a proven technical issue prevents access to the product. To report a technical issue, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend a workshop or service, you may request to reschedule at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is limited to one request per booking, to be used within 90 days of the original date.

Refund Process

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refund

If you have not received your refund:

• Check your bank or credit card statement again.
• Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

Gift Certificates

Refunds for services or workshops purchased as a gift will be issued as a credit for future use, provided the cancellation request meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

• Partial attendance or missed workshops/services.
• Digital materials or downloadable content once accessed or downloaded.
